Dehydration of Movers

One of the crucial issues in the latest research on movers is that of dehydration. Movers have a tendency, so researchers claim, to work physically hard and not to drink sufficient fluids. This naturally causes the condition of dehydration, which can lead to serious diseases associated with kidney problems. And kidney problems can lead to vascular problems. So, in short, movers should be aware of this common medical problem. The question arises as to how to increase this awareness among movers, and cause them to drink more both on and off the job. The situation becomes especially serious in summer when we all should be drinking more, but particularly people in strenuous jobs, such as movers. Nowadays, there shouldn't be an actual problem in finding access to beverages or just plain water. After all, numerous people walk around today with bottles of water in their hand or in their bags. It's become a norm among health aware people. Nevertheless relying on people to do this without
compelling them doesn't usually work. The best way to arouse awareness of the need to drink among movers is that the actual employers initiate the drive to drinking awareness. It should be the law of the company that each mover has his own water bottle.
