You may have read in the news lately how increasing numbers of families are having to sell their homes or see their mortgages foreclosed by the bank. This may be bad news for the families but it is great news for movers. Since more families are moving every day it becomes necessary for more movers to move them and that simply means that more movers than usual are finding themselves employed. That has to be a good thing for movers, but not so great a thing for those being moved.

Some are saying that work for movers is better than it has been for decades but not many people want to look back to the hard times of previous recessions when increasing numbers of families had to abandon their homes thus giving more work to movers as they find themselves moving from community to community looking for new work and new places to live.

One might even hope that things get worse for movers because that would probably mean that movers are not being needed as much and that would mean that people are not being moved out of the homes, which is a good thing.
