An ongoing discussion among bosses of moving companies concerns the extent to which moving companies should pamper their employees and give them a taste of the good life. The pros of the good life maintain that moving companies should look beyond the immediate aims of company business and concerns and share in the welfare and social well being of their employees. Those who oppose this attitude among the moving companies are the bosses who see their companies as working machines and nothing more. The latter claims that the job of moving companies is to transport merchandise or relocate families to new locations and that's that. They do not see the grand picture. The fact is that the good life for employees of moving companies is in no way the concepts ever considered in the eighteenth century.
