Moving Companies - A Real Story

I had to move from one town to another so I started looking for moving companies to provide me with moving services. I noticed that there are those small movers (one man gang movers) with small old trucks who gave me many promises including a very low price, and there were the big moving companies who sent a hired person (their emloyee) with a survey form to check exactly what needs to be moved and who gave me a written quotation with detailed explanations of what is included in the moving services.

First trick I noticed was of one company that on the survey form wrote the price in a price per truck field although it was presented to me as "the price" and somewhere below put a small letter comment - "two trucks are needed".

Second trick was omitting a heavy item from the survey with the intention to ask for additional fee at the day of the move.
