Both Movers and Homeowners Should be Happy

Well, moving from one home to another is a project that should be carefully planned before execution. Both the customer and the movers should make their planning, raising questions and issues that should make clearify to both parties their responsibilities, expectations, rights and involvement.

As it is also abusiness transaction between a customer (the home owner) and a supplier (the moving company) it is necessary for both sides to make sure its going to be a win win game.

The moving company should make a reasonable profits by providing the moving services and the customer should be happy from the moving services he get.

During the moving process if the moving company employees start to feel that the project is not as they expected - it might make them unhappy and this will be shown in the way they provide the moving service - slowe flow of work, always coplaining, hidding things that are broken, putting the moved boxes in the wrong rooms etc.

Its both parties (movers and customers) responsibility to make sure that everything is clear and that the project is carefully planned in details.
